1. Crafting & Fulfillment

Every garment and relic is crafted on demand upon receipt of your order, reproduced directly from authentic marginalia designs. This zero-waste approach ensures each item is printed fresh for you.

Standard workshop crafting and fulfillment takes 2 to 5 business days.

2. Transit & Shipping Times

Orders dispatch from workshop hubs in North America (Ontario, Canada and the United States). All dispatches include a parcel tracking code emailed as soon as the courier takes custody of your parcel.

3. Damaged or Defective Relics

If your loot arrives damaged from transit hazards, misprinted, or otherwise flawed, the Guild will swiftly replace the artifact or issue a complete gold refund.

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery at support@medievalanimals.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage.

4. Sizing & Exchanges

Because items are custom-printed upon ordering, we cannot accept general returns for buyer's remorse. Please review the sizing specs on each artifact page carefully before equipping.
